Shaker Collective Supper Club Edinburgh
The Shaker Collective Supper Club is a series of intimate dining events bringing together hospitality professionals to share a meal, exchange ideas, and build the kind of connections that don't happen at industry events.
Our first Supper Club took place at Hawksmoor Edinburgh in partnership with Diageo and Alliance Wine, bringing together bartenders, bar owners, whisky retailers, and brand ambassadors from across Scotland's hospitality community.
Guests were welcomed with a Tanqueray No. TEN Martini before a three-course communal dinner paired by Alliance Wine. Between courses, conversations led by Freya Reinsch (Alliance Wine), Niall McMillan (Hawksmoor), and Stefanie Anderson (Diageo) explored career growth, industry trends, and the evolving opportunities within hospitality, positioning our brand partners as contributors to the industry's future, not simply sponsors of the evening.
